Add Virtual Disk on the Fly with Free XenServer

One of my customers is paying vmware tons of money to run vSphere. It's really nice to work with the vCenter tools and I was definitely enjoying this product until I found it doesn't allow me to add virtual disk on the fly while the virtual instance was running. It says "License not available to perform the operation, Feature hotplug not licensed, requires need have have".

Recent EMR Related Learning Material

EMR(Electronic Medical Record)/EHR(Electronic Health Record) is the area I paid close attention to for the past years. Government always takes that as a high priority and companies are working at their hardest to tackle the problem. There are a lot of security related issues (such as this one) and certainly keep learning from the industry best practice will help me better understand and work in this field.

It's worth the effort to upgrade from Drupal 5 to 6

It's about time and I have no excuse to postpone the upgrade for this little site.

Basically I want to leverage the latest SEO, social networkings tools etc and get rid of the security risks of the older versions. At the same time, I am combining my drupal sites together so I can host new drupal applications more easily.

Tell my story

Believe or not, I got my lifestream setup finally and I am so impressed by what it can achieve. It combines almost all of my social networks into one stream and you will be surprised or even kind of scared too as I feel no secret any more. For some people there will be privacy issue so the web service actually let you turn your stream as private stream. I just don't feel that's necessary at this moment because all of my content are from public network anyway. But this does reveal one thing that information is power.
