Security - We will get there

To be honest, I am not  a desktop guy and that's why I stick with Windows desktop for a very long time. I always think Linux lacks support for some of my favorite hobby applications. :-)  You know I am a server guy so I don't really need that much from desktop for my work. But this time I decide to make some serious change as once again my WinXP totally screwed up on my old home pc. I tried Ubuntu before and I enjoy the maturity of this distribution from each new release. With the awareness of all kinds of software providers to Linux, I found I could get at least most of my applications and run it under Ubuntu. Yes, I am using the latest 9.04 version as of today. The installation and configuration was so smooth and the graphic interface is so intuitive that even my whole family can use it. Ha ha, it's getting closer to replace my whole environment with my favorite Linux now. Trust me, you will like it.
