CBC reported the security incident from Alberta health network which an aged virus took control several computers and stole thousands of health records.
Clearly you can see they believe the anti-virus software is their silver bullet for information security and something missing is the continous monitoring and the process. Also in some similar environment I worked before I have to say the education and empower the people who work for you are more important than just throwing money into vendors' pocket.
