I am using Drupal 5.1 to construct this application.

Advantages

Disadvantages(or something I don't know how to implement yet)

1. In the task assignment edit mode, can not set some of fields read-only based on their role and workflow status.
2. When expose filters in the view, the output of the filters are in a single row of table and is too wide so easy to get out of the central text region.
3. When edit the generated repeat event, you need to select the edit applys to either this occurence only, this and future occurences or the whole serials. You can set the default is to apply to the current occurence but I also want the user to edit only this occurence and not able to change to other options.
